How do I buy tickets?
The ticketing provider for the majority of our shows is TicketWeb. To buy online, you can search for the event on Ticketweb.com or simply click "Tickets" listed next to the event on our website. You can also buy tickets at our Box Office open Mon. Wed. Fri. & Sat. from 12PM to 6PM or call 1-866-468-3399 to purchase over the phone.
Why am I being charged a service fee and how much is it?
For online and over the phone, the fee will vary depending on the event, the face value of the ticket, and the delivery method chosen. The handling and service fees pay for ticket stock, credit card service charges, ticket distribution, installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and all other costs associated with processing the transaction. TicketWeb does not collect any portion of the ticket face value. Their online service fees provide the convenience of being able to purchase tickets from the comfort of your home or office. For tickets purchased at the box office, there is a flat $2 handling fee per ticket.
When can I pick up my tickets?
Will Call tickets can be picked up at our box office starting at noon on the day of the show. For ticketFast, which is an email delivery option, a physical print-out works or we can scan the ticket on your phone. If you won tickets or are on a guest list, you can pick up your ticket about 30 minutes before doors, but occasionally guest lists aren't turned in until last minute. To claim tickets under your name, you will need to provide a form of ID.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs as long as you provide a valid email address when purchasing tickets. Refunds are not offered if the tour changes support or reschedules a new date, but If you have any questions, you may call 1-866-777-8932.
Does The Granada have a minor fee?
Every event is different, but most shows have a $2 surcharge at the door for anyone under 21.
Can my band open up for a show at The Granada?
Support for national acts must be approved by the tour so you'll want to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with links to your music and the date/show you're interested in playing. Your message will be forwarded to the booking contact for that show and they will reach out if there is any interest or an opening spot available.

What concessions are available?
We have two full service bars. We do not sell any food items.
Where can I sit?
We have some seating available in the back lounge, but tickets are general admission so it is standing room only for most of our shows. For larger shows, we do offer reserved balcony seating. Please email email@example.com for reservations.
Can I rent out The Granada for a private event?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for all rental inquiries. Please include the date(s) you'd like to rent the venue.
Can I smoke in your venue?
No. Smoking inside the venue or within 10 feet of any public entrance is prohibited by the City of Lawrence.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is allowed with a 21 & over wristband, but there is no re-entry for under 21.
Is there a designated ADA viewing area or early entry if I'm in a wheelchair?
Anyone with a disability or handicap is more than welcome to come to the front of the line at doors, but we do not have early entry. We don't have a designated area sectioned off, but with our tiered levels, there are several spots in the venue with great visibility. If you'd like assistance in finding a good position, just ask a member of our staff and they'd be happy to help. In addition, if you use a walker or need to sit down for any other health related reason during the show, our staff can retrieve a chair for you, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Where can I park?
All parking along Massachusetts Street is public and you only have to pay the meter from 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. There are several parking lots with free or short term parking close to the venue including the New Hampshire Parking Garage (mid-block between 9th & 10th Street across from the Lawrence Arts Center). Can I bring a camera?
For the majority of our shows, professional cameras (SLR/detachable lens or external flash) are not allowed without a photo pass. Nonprofessional cameras (point & click) are usually okay, but please refrain from using a flash.
Items not allowed in the venue:
- Guns, knives or weapons of any kind, concealed or open carry
- Projectiles (squirting fake blood, silly string, etc.)
- Oversized costumes & accessories
- Outside food or drink (including alcohol) and containers including water bottles & flasks. No glass containers of any sort
- Illegal substances & drug paraphernalia
- Professional audio & video recording
- Backpacks & camelbaks. Clutches & purses are fine, but please keep them smaller in size.
- Blankets, folding chairs & umbrellas
- Hula hoops, laser pointers, poi & juggling sticks
- Bullhorns & any other kind of noise maker
- Confetti, glitter & streamers
- Pets (except for service animals)
- Large signs or banners
- Any item at security's discretion determined to be dangerous (i.e. fireworks, lengths of chain, spiked clothing or jewelry, etc)
