How do I buy tickets?
TicketWeb is the ticketing provider for the majority of the shows at The Granada. To buy online, you can search for the event on Ticketweb.com or simply click on the "Tickets" button located next to the event on our website. To purchase over the phone, call 1-866-468-3399. You can also buy tickets at our box office open Monday through Saturday from 12PM to 6PM.
Why am I being charged a service fee and how much is it?
There is a flat $2 service fee for each ticket at the box office. For online and over the phone, the fee will vary depending on the event, the face value of the ticket, and the delivery method chosen. The online service fee pays for ticket distribution, installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and all other costs associated with processing a transaction online. TicketWeb does not collect any portion of the ticket face value. Their charge provides the convenience of being able to purchase tickets either online or over the phone from the comfort of your home or office.
When can I pick up my tickets?
Will call tickets purchased through TicketWeb are printed about 30-45 minutes before doors open on the day of the show. If you won tickets or are on the guest list, we try to get those by 30 minutes before doors as well, but sometimes thost lists aren't turned into the box office until last minute. You'll want to make sure to bring a form of ID to pick up your tickets.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs as long as you provide a valid email address when purchasing tickets. Refunds are not offered if the tour changes support or reschedules a new date, but If you have any questions, you may call 1-866-777-8932.
Does The Granada have a minor fee?
Every show is different, but most shows have a $2 minor charge at entrance.
Can my band open up for a show at The Granada?
Support for the national acts we book must be approved by the tour so you'll want to send an email to email@example.com w/ links to your music and the date/show you're interested in playing. Your message will be forwarded to the booking contact for that show and they will reach out if there is an opening spot available.
Are you hiring?
We are always accepting applications. You can stop by during box office hours to pick up an application or you're welcome to bring a resumé.

Is there a designated ADA viewing area or early entry if I'm in a wheelchair?

We don't have a designated area sectioned off, but with our tiered levels, there are several spots in the venue with great visibility. If you'd like assistance in finding a good position, just ask a member of our staff and they'd be happy to help.
